Abstract
|
|
|
Authors experienced two cases of congenital hiatal hernia in a 2 years old´ girl and a nineteen months old boy.
Both cases had severe pallor and revealed thoracic stomach on the X -ray examination.
We repaired by transabdominal approach and confirmed paraesophageal type of hiatal hernia which was very rare.
After surgical correction, both cases were discharged in good condition.
Brief review of literature was made.
